Step 1: Download the Moodle Package for Windows
Download the Moodle Windows package using the link provided in the previous section and save it on your computer.

Step 3: Download WinRAR
Download the WinRAR installation file using the link provided in the section Additional Resources and Bug fixes.
Step 4: Install WinRAR
Run the WinRAR installer and follow the installation instructions.
Step 5: Extract the Moodle package
Right-click on the Moodle package file and select
"Extract to /MoodleWindowsInstaller-latest-500", then extract it to Local Disk (C

Step 6: Rename the extracted folder
Change the name of the extracted folder to Moodle506.
Step 7: Remove the zipped folder
Delete the original zipped Moodle package to save disk space.
Step 8: Open Moodle506 folder
Navigate to Local Disk (C
and open the folder named
Moodle506.
Step 9: Execute Start Moodle
Double-click Start Moodle and wait for the command prompt window to display that APACHE and MYSQL are running.
