    Please find attached the Communication Channel for the MP e-LTSM ICT Learner Device Support.

    Kindly note that only ICT Coordinators are encouraged to log support tickets, and only after they have completed initial troubleshooting and consolidated the school's concerns. Tickets should be submitted via the provided email address, which will automatically generate a support request for resolution.

    Additionally, we have included a checklist to assist schools in identifying the specific information required for each type of issue. This will help streamline the reporting process and ensure timely and effective support.

    Notice: ICT Device Issue Reporting Schedule 

    ICT Coordinators are kindly reminded to report ICT device (hardware and software related) issues exclusively on Thursdays and Fridays, between 08:00 AM and 5:00 PM, after consolidating issues by categories. The contact details for the reports are as follows;
